The residential properties in Ahmedabad have primarily increased its demand in the western parts of the city-Prahlad Nagar, Bopal and Sardar Patel Ring Road. These areas have good facilities and connectivity. Besides these areas - Satellite, SG Highway and Gandhinagar have also seen increase in property rates. Other upcoming areas such as New Ranip and Thaltej are also considered good for property in Ahmedabad.
